We ordered a safe for next day delivery on November 9, and they promised it would arrive on time, but it never showed up! Today, they informed us that they can't trace the delivery, can't get in touch with the courier, and have no clue where our stuff is! Seriously, steer clear of this company! You'll just end up wasting your time! They take your money and deliver nothing! Total garbage!

About three years back, I purchased a safe from Safe Options. Everything was running smoothly until today when I found myself unable to access it. Honestly, I should be writing a bad review, but this is more about the customer service from Safe Options than the actual product. I got this safe back in January 2021 and have only opened it a handful of times. Come May, the lock just wouldn’t budge, and I couldn’t turn the key at all. I had to call in a local locksmith, and while he managed to get it open, he had to force it, which wrecked the lock. I reached out to Alex at SafeOptions, who acknowledged the situation and promised to get in touch with the supplier to figure things out. He got back to me within a day, saying a replacement safe would arrive the very next day, and it did! While I have my doubts about the product's quality, the way SafeOptions handled everything was top-notch.

I placed an order for a safe and received a call the following morning. Sadly, the item was out of stock, and they couldn't promise delivery before Christmas. However, I was upgraded to a superior model at no extra cost, which was awesome service at a fair price. Thanks a bunch!

The batteries in our home safe gave out after a decade. We were unable to locate the manual keys, but there was a key code available on the safe itself. I ordered some replacements from Safe Options, and wouldn't you know it, the original keys showed up about two hours later after we searched the whole house. I shot a message to Safe Options since they hadn't shipped the replacements yet, and they processed the refund in under an hour. Paying through PayPal made the whole payment and refund process a breeze.

I purchased a safe from this company, and the agreement clearly mentioned FREE DELIVERY. Just two days before the scheduled delivery, they called me up saying they wanted to park a massive 18-ton lorry right outside my house in a close for an hour. I told them they could pick it up and drop it off, but they couldn’t block the close. EVEN THOUGH FREE DELIVERY WAS IN THE CONTRACT, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO DEMAND AN ADDITIONAL £170 FOR A SMALLER VEHICLE. I decided to cancel the order. I don’t mess with folks like that who break contracts, and I’m reporting them to trading standards.

I purchased a pretty straightforward safe after doing some online research. (#100022124) The delivery by courier was super quick, arriving basically the next business day. The safe matched my expectations and worked like a charm. However, I did notice that the powder coating on the door's corner was peeling off, exposing the bare steel underneath. I get that these aren’t exactly art pieces and aren’t usually on display, but that less-than-ideal finish was a bit of a letdown.

I reached out to the company with some photos, and they called me back right away to apologize for the issue and let me know they’d send a replacement. They mentioned that these safes are made in Germany, and quality control usually isn’t a problem.

A courier came to pick up the original safe, and another one dropped off the new one, which is flawless in every aspect. What a fantastic company to work with! I can definitely recommend them.

The service from customer support was smooth, but I just can't seem to get the keys to operate in the lock. I've forked out £20 and given it a go twice, but neither set does the trick—so I'm stuck without a solution.

The installation guide could really use some visuals; it wasn't super clear and kept jumbling up the instructions depending on whether you were using their kit or not. Overall, I felt like both the kit and the safe weren't worth the price.
